Pastor Larry Rising has served in ministry for over 27 years, with a heart for helping people encounter Jesus, grow in their faith, and move forward into God's purpose for their lives. His preaching is biblical, practical and encouraging focused on helping people apply God's Word to everyday life.

Pastor Larry is a graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and brings both theological depth and real-life experience into his teaching. A proud Lumber Indian, he values faith, family and community.

Larry and his wife Maggie have been married for 36 years and are the proud parents of three sons: Carson, Parker and Hutson. Family is central to Pastor Larry's life and ministry and he is passionate about cultivating a church culture where everyone is welcomed and people feel loved, supported and at home.
